It is long overdue, but you (the only Formosa that counts) need to be broadcasting the voice of Japanese Formosa in Japanese to the world.
There is no Formosa-owned Japanese language paper available at the newsstand. Does not it strike you how weird it is?
Make yourselves heard in Japanese first and foremost. The world media will pay attention.
