快樂的法理革命大遊行

地點： 9/12 台南火車站 9/13 桃園市藝文特區、台中誠品綠園道、AIT高雄分處
活動四大訴求：
1. 日本是本土台灣人的祖國
2. 被佔領地區的人民不用當兵
3. 舊金山和約確認了台灣地位
4. 台灣國際地位必須正常化
說明：
任何人只要一談到「革命」就會害怕，因為革命通常就是代表人民對執政者不滿而訴諸以激烈的手段，而且衝突的結果人民是否能夠獲得成功往往是無法預測。
但是台灣民政府所發起的革命卻是一場已經確定會成功的革命行動。
因為台灣民政府今年２月在美國法院依循法律的途徑控訴案，已經讓台灣在舊金山和約裡的法理地位真相獲得澄清和確認。
而這真相就是：中華民國是流亡政府，台灣並非中華民國領土。因此對佔領地百姓徵兵的行為已經明顯違反戰爭法，應立即停止。而台灣人就是被占領地的百姓，當然不用當兵。
美國才是台灣這塊土地的佔領國。理當按照戰爭法施行對台佔領，不可以容許中國流亡政府在台灣施行所謂的中華民國總統選舉，這場選舉應該立即停止。
正如美國法官在2009所述，台灣人過去在中國滯台占領軍七十年的欺騙和迫害之下所經歷的政治煉獄是痛苦的。但是這一次台灣民政府所帶領的遊行卻是值得所有台灣人高興快樂；因為被刻意掩蓋了許多年，有關台灣的真相在美國的法庭上被揭開了：
台灣人真正的身份就是日本天皇的臣民，而日本就是台灣人的祖國 。
Parades of A Delightful Legal Revolution

Locations: Tainan Train Station (September 12th)
Taichung Elite Parklane & AIT Kaohsiung (September 13th)
Four main activity aims:
1. Japan is the homeland for the people of Taiwan
2. No military conscription for the people of occupied territory
3. Taiwan’s status has been determined by San Francisco Peace Treaty (SFPT)
4. Taiwan’s international status must be normalized
Explanation:
Everyone might be scared when talking about the word “revolution.” Normally, revolution means resorts to drastic measures from the people who are strongly dissatisfied with those in power, and whether the people can obtain success as a result of conflict is usually unpredictable.
Nevertheless, the revolution launched by Taiwan Civil Government (TCG) will be a guaranteed successful one since the truth for Taiwan’s legal status under SFPT has already been clarified and ascertained via TCG’s legal lawsuit at the United States Court this past February
In truth, the Republic of China (ROC) is a government-in-exile, and Taiwan is not part of the ROC territory. Hence, military conscription to the people under occupied territory is evidently in violation to the Law of War and must be stopped immediately. Indeed, the people of Taiwan are civilians under the occupied territory thus need not go for military services. Lawfully speaking, the United States (U.S.) as an occupier to the Taiwan territory shall not allow the Chinese government-in-exile to carry out the so-called “ROC Presidential Election” on Taiwan. The Election must be terminated!
As the U.S. judges stated in the year 2009, native Taiwanese persons have been suffering from a political purgatory under the lies and prosecution of the Chinese stationary occupying forces on Taiwan in the past 70 years. in spite of that, all Taiwanese persons deserve to be in a delighted mood with the parades led by TCG this time owing to the disclosure of the truth about Taiwan in the U.S. court after being deliberately covered up for many years: native Taiwanese persons are subjects of the Emperor of Japan, and Japan is the homeland for the people of Taiwan.
